ProsperME Inc NextGen Leaders Program
Our NextGen Leaders Program is a leadership and skills-development initiative serving youth ages 13–24. The program supports personal growth, career exploration, and real-world readiness by helping participants identify their interests, strengths, natural gifts, and transferable skills through culturally grounded, age-appropriate learning experiences. It also introduces and supports entrepreneurship as a viable, sustainable career pathway, empowering young people to see their talents and ideas as tools for future success.
Our program features two distinct tracks designed to meet participants where they are developmentally.
JrPreneurs Career & Enterprise Program is our Youth Track serving ages 13–17, focuses on confidence-building, leadership, exploration, and foundational life skills. Youth can be 12 if they are in at least 6th grade.
Our Emerging Adult Entrepreneur Pathways Track serves ages 18–24 and supports transitional-age youth as they navigate adulthood, career pathways, independence, and long-term success.
Each track is intentionally curated to provide relevant experiences, guidance, and opportunities that align with the unique needs of that age group.
JRpreneurs Enterprise Program
JRpreneurs Enterprise Program
JRpreneurs is a hands-on entrepreneurship program for youth ages 13–17, created in response to the growing need for meaningful opportunities for young people. When that gap exists, we see the impact play out in the wrong ways. At the same time, today’s culture is already pushing teens to use their creativity and skills to build their own paths. JRpreneurs meets them there, providing the structure, exposure, and support to help them build confidence and turn their ideas into real opportunity.

Emerging Adult Entrepreneur Pathways positions entrepreneurship as a viable career pathway alongside traditional employment. Designed for young adults ready to turn their skills, talents, and lived experience into real economic opportunity, the program combines hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world exposure to help participants move from potential to income and impact. Offered through our ProsperUS Career and Enterprise Collaborative.
