LADYINC Philanthropies

At LADYINC Philanthropies, our work is our giving. As a nonprofit organization, we operate from purpose, not profit. Since 2008, our mission has been sustained by the dedication of our volunteer board, interns, and community partners who serve without compensation. We work to remove financial barriers so that money never determines access to opportunity. The few fee-based services we offer are intentionally priced far below national averages because we believe access to quality support should never depend on wealth. Our impact is rooted in commitment, compassion, and the belief that real change comes from service, not salary. 

Prosperity Thrives Consulting & Training

We advance generational prosperity and economic empowerment by providing technical assistance to support organizations and entities that provide small business and workforce development services to our community. 

Prosperity Across Colors Initiative

Through this initiative, we advance our social impact mission by expanding youth empowerment opportunities, advocating for public art, promoting community wellness, and fostering cross-cultural collaboration that celebrates diversity across colors, cultures, and communities. 

Pathways to Prosperity Advocacy & Policy Engagement

We challenge oppression and demand systemic change to build a future of justice and dignity. We focus on driving change through policy engagement and advocacy, grassroots organizing and coalition-building, accountability campaigns, and liberation centered activism that advances equity and justice. 

Prosperity Builders Amplified
We uplift leaders by shining a spotlight on their impact. We celebrate individuals and organizations making meaningful strides in economic justice, community development, and generational prosperity by directly acknowledging their leadership and intentionally nominating them for respected local awards and community recognitions. We also engage our community to crowdsource votes and elevate nominees to ensure changemakers gain visibility on platforms that expand their reach and influence. For us, it’s about opening doors to recognition rather than hosting recognition ourselves.
