Our Youth Programs

ProsperME Inc NextGen Nation

NextGen Nation is ProsperME Inc.’s youth leadership, career exploration, and entrepreneurship initiative serving youth and young adults ages 13–24. Through culturally grounded, age-appropriate learning experiences, the program helps participants discover their strengths, natural gifts, interests, transferable skills, and future possibilities while building confidence, leadership, and real-world readiness.

Rooted in the belief that prosperity, creativity, leadership, and entrepreneurship exist within every community, NextGen Nation introduces young people to both career and enterprise pathways as viable options for long-term success, stability, and self-determination. Participants are encouraged to see their ideas, talents, lived experiences, and passions as tools that can shape both their futures and their communities.

The program currently offers two intentionally designed tracks that meet participants where they are developmentally:

JrPreneurs Career & Enterprise Track (Ages 13–17)
Designed for middle and high school youth, this track focuses on confidence-building, leadership development, exploration, communication skills, career exposure, entrepreneurship foundations, and life readiness. Youth age 12 may participate if currently enrolled in at least 6th grade.

Young Founders Career & Entrepreneur Pathways Track (Ages 18–24)
Designed for emerging adults and transitional-age youth, this track supports participants as they navigate adulthood, independence, career pathways, entrepreneurship, financial empowerment, professional development, and long-term personal success.

Each track is intentionally curated to provide relevant opportunities, mentorship, exposure, and experiences aligned with the unique needs, realities, and aspirations of that age group.

JRpreneurs Enterprise Program

JRpreneurs is a hands-on entrepreneurship program for youth ages 13–17, created in response to the growing need for meaningful opportunities for young people. When that gap exists, we see the impact play out in the wrong ways. At the same time, today’s culture is pushing teens to use their creativity and skills to build their own paths. JRpreneurs meets them there, providing the structure, exposure, and support to help them build confidence and turn their ideas into real opportunity.

Emerging Adult Entrepeneur Pathways

Emerging Adult Entrepreneur Pathways positions entrepreneurship as a viable career pathway alongside traditional employment. Designed for young adults ready to turn their skills, talents, and lived experience into real economic opportunity, the program combines hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world exposure to help participants move from potential to income and impact. Offered through our ProsperUS Career and Enterprise Collaborative.
