LADYINC University NextGen Leaders Program is a leadership and skills-development program serving youth and emerging adults ages 12–24 that supports personal growth, career exploration, and real-world readiness by helping participants identify their interests, strengths, and transferable skills through culturally grounded, age-appropriate learning experiences.

JRpreneurs is a hands on group learning entrepreneurship program for youth ages 12–17 .  JRpreneurs helps young people build confidence, explore income-generating ideas, and develop the mindset and discipline needed to turn creativity into opportunity. 

Our Entrepreneur in Residence program is an intergenerational, enterprise-based pathway for young adults building independence and economic stability through entrepreneurship. Participants are embedded inside established local businesses in their industry, receiving mentorship to legitimize and grow their own ventures while gaining hands-on experience in operations, decision-making, and revenue generation. In return, young, ambitious entrepreneurs bring fresh energy, industry enthusiasm, and added workforce capacity that strengthens local small businesses.
